It's stylishly served in chafing dishes like those in a first-class hotel buffet! There are more than 10 types of main dishes, desserts, tropical fruits, and more, including not only famous soups but also dishes that you don't usually get to try and that suit Japanese palates.You can also drink as much juice (orange or apple) as you like.They use "Koshihikari" rice! If you like the food, why not take it home as a souvenir?

Choose from over 10 different dishes, including classic soups, authentic Filipino cuisine not normally available in Japan, and even dishes that are more suited to Japanese tastes, including main dishes, desserts, and tropical fruits! You can also enjoy as much as you like of today's juice (either orange or apple) as a soft drink.The rice used is the brand "Koshihikari"!

・SINIGANG - A typical home-cooked soup made by simmering pork and shrimp with lots of vegetables.It's so delicious you'll get addicted to it.

・CALDERETA -- A home-style dish of beef, potatoes, and carrots stewed in tomato sauce.It has no strong flavor and is easy to eat.

・LUMPIA SHANGHAI - A traditional dish of minced pork wrapped in spring roll skin and deep fried.The taste is something that even Japanese people have eaten somewhere before.

・CHOPSUEY -- Stir-fried vegetables with lots of ingredients seasoned in Philippine soy sauce.It is very easy to eat even for Japanese people.

・IGADO - A traditional dish of pork liver and vegetables stewed in Philippine soy sauce with chili peppers.It's a little spicy, but has no unpleasant odor and is easy to eat.

・LAING--A home-cooked dish made by simmering taro leaves in coconut milk.It doesn't look very appetizing, but it's quite delicious.

・SISIG - A traditional dish made by stir-frying pork ears in soy sauce, rich in collagen.The crunchy texture is irresistible! The perfect accompaniment to beer!

・KWEK KWEK -- A fast food snack similar to quail egg tempura.It looks yellow and beautiful.The shape is also unique

・LETCHON BELLY - Lechon means roasted whole pig, and is a smaller version of the traditional high-class dish roasted whole pig that is so popular in Cebu.Crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, it's so delicious! I traveled all the way from afar just to eat this.

・KARE KARE - Similar in name and color to curry, this is a stew made by simmering honeycomb, which is said to be the second stomach of a cow, in a vegetable and peanut sauce.Not usually available in Japan

DINUGUAN - A stew made by simmering pork offal in pig's blood.You can never get this experience in Japan.Why not give it a try?

・LECHEFLAN - A dessert similar to Japanese pudding, but richer and sweeter.

・KUTCHINTA - Similar to Japanese Uiro.Homemade desserts using brown sugar
